Regolamento del Forum

1. Gli amministratori e i moderatori si riservano il diritto di cancellare qualunque post o topic che violi le regole sottoelencate. L’utente che in maniera recidiva contravvenga a tali regole verrà allontanato dal forum.

2. Le firme non devono superare i 500x300px di dimensione e i 150kb di peso. In caso contrario verranno rimosse dallo Staff.

3. Gli avatars non possono essere maggiori di 120x120px.

4. Non è consentito l'upload di immagini direttamente dal forum, pertanto vi invitiamo ad usare siti che permettano il direct link esterno. Qualsiasi immagine che venga considerata offensiva per gli utenti o la band verrà immediatamente rimossa.

5. Questo è un forum moderato pertanto sono permessi dibattiti ma non attacchi personali agli utenti o alle loro idee e qualora differiscano dalle vostre siate per favore tolleranti e rispettosi delle opinioni altrui e dei punti di vista qualora siano in contrasto con i vostri.

6. Sono vietati i messaggi che vadano contro la morale o utilizzino un linguaggio scurrile (termini od espressioni giudicati inappropriati per il forum) o che pubblicizzino attività a scopo di lucro.

7. E' necessario rispettare le più comuni regole della 'netiquette' nella composizione dei messaggi, evitando ad esempio di abusare delle faccine e del MAIUSCOLO nei testi inseriti (stessa cosa dicasi per il grassetto e il sottolineato). E' richiesto inoltre di scegliere correttamente l'oggetto dei messaggi, in modo che riassuma in modo preciso quando ci si appresta a scrivere e a quale argomento o avvenimento ci si sta riferendo (non sono consentiti soggetti approssimativi del tipo 'Aiuto', 'Richiesta informazioni', 'Consiglio urgentissimo', 'Leggete' od indirizzati ad un particolare utente).

8. Evitare il 'crossposting': inserimento dello stesso messaggio in sezioni diverse del forum. Scegliete solo quella che si addice al messaggio che si vuole scrivere.

9. YOU non è una canzone degli Evanescence pertanto non verrà discussa in questo forum. Tenetelo a mente altrimenti verrete allontanati.

10. ANGEL OF MINE non è una canzone degli Evanescence ma della cantante Amanda Somerville. E' stata attribuita alla band da alcuni siti ma non è nè scritta nè interpretata da loro. Ecco cosa ha detto Amy in proposito: 'Originally Posted by Snow White Sunday, August 6, 10:00 PM (MDT) - weird! nope, ive never heard this before. its not me. peace! -amy'. Ci auguriamo che adesso non abbiate più dubbi in proposito!! Qualsiasi topic riguardante questa canzone verrà chiuso!

11. Non è inoltre permesso discutere O fare domande sulla vita privata dei membri della band o le loro famiglie.

12. E' vietato l'uso del forum per la diffusione di materiale illegale, pornografico, pedofilo o coperto da diritti d'autore.

13. La reputazione serve a classificare gli utenti in base al loro grado di "attendibilità" nel forum. La somma delle valutazioni (negative e positive) espresse sui messaggi dell'utente concorrono a formare la sua reputazione. Ogni utente può visualizzare la propria reputazione, i voti ed i commenti ricevuti nel proprio pannello di controllo. Sono vietati gli insulti, gli scambi di voti, i messaggi personali per mezzo dei commenti della reputazione e la distribuzione dei voti a titolo gratuito: gli utenti che verranno sorpresi ad abusare di questa funzione verranno penalizzati.

14. L'attività dei moderatori e degli amministratori non è oggetto di discussione nel Forum, per qualsiasi delucidazione a tal riguardo è possibile fare riferimento a questo regolamento e alle indicazioni presenti nella pagina di composizione dei messaggi. Qualora questo non sia sufficiente vi invitiamo ad usare i messaggi privati.

15. E' stata attivata la funzione dei livelli di warning utente, ovvero la vostra "reputazione" all'interno del forum. Ripetuti richiami al regolamento da parte dello staff del Fan Club vi faranno perdere il diritto di postare liberamente e verrete aggiunti alla CODA MODERAZIONE. Questo significa che ogni post/thread che scriverete dovrà essere approvato prima che venga visualizzato.

Forum Policy

2. The signature must not exceed the 500x300px size and 150 kb of weight. On the contrary the staff will remove them.


3. Avatars cannot exceed 120x120 px.


4. The Image upload isn't directly allowed on the forum, so we invite you to use sites which allow the direct link. Any image believed offensive to other users will be immediately removed.


5. This is a moderated forum, therefore discussions are allowed but not personal attacks in front of other users or their ideas. In case those are different from yours please be tolerant and respectful of other opinions and point of view in case are in contrast with yours.

6. Posts which go against the moral or use a vulgar language or advertise lucrative activities are forbidden .

7. It is required the respect of the most common 'netiquette' rules in the messages composition, precluding the abuse of emoticon and UPPER CASE in the submitted text ( the same for bold
and subtitled text ). Besides please choose in a correct way the object of your posts, in order to resume carefully what you are writing and the topic or event you are referring to ( Generic ' HELP ', ' Ask for answers ', ' Urgent advise ', ' Please read ' or directed to a particular user aren't allowed).

8. Please avoid the 'crossposting' : submitting the same post in different section of the forum.
Choose only the one where the post you are submitting is referred to .

9. YOU is not an evanescence song, therefore won't be discussed in the forum. Keep in mind or you'll be drift away from the forum.

10. ANGEL OF MINE is not an Evanescence song but of the singer Amanda Somerville. Any topic about this song will be closed!

11. Besides aren't allowed topic or question about the PRIVATE LIFE of the band members and their families.

12. It's forbidden spreading illegal, pornographic, paedophile of copyrighted stuff, using the forum.

13. Reputation is useful for a classification of the user on the bases of their trustworthiness grade on the forum. The summon of the negative and positive valutation expressed on the user's posts combine to bring on his reputation. Evry user can see his own reputation, the vows and the comments received in his own control panel. Invectiv, vow exchange, personal messages by the reputation comments and the free distribution of vows: the users catched on abusing with this function will be penalized.

14. Moderators and administrators activity can't be a discussion topic on the forum, for any clarification about it you can refer to this policy and the suggestion that you can find in the post's composition page. In case this is not enough, we invite you to use private messages.

15. It' s been activated the User warning level, your 'reputation' inside the forum. Many warning at the policy by the Fan Club staff will make you lose the right to free post in the forum and you'll be add to the MODERATION CODE. These means that every single post/tread you'll submit should be approved before it can be seen.
